BACK TO SCHOOL
At our first event Out My Closet supported Lotus House Family Shelter and offered 500 pairs of sneakers and accessories to children in the community.

Our next community outreach event was conducted in North Miami, an immigrant populous community, where we offered an additional 500 pairs of sneakers to community members. We partnered with Councilman Scott Galvin of District 1 in making this event feasible.

POSITIVE VOLUNTEERISM
Our volunteer program utilizes a large portion of OMC's MSM+ Empowerment Group participants. Every month OMC offers community engagement events and social mixers to assemble, educate and elevate the MSM+ population in South Florida.
With the governance of Florida demonizing and ostracizing LGBTQ+ members, we've made it our responsibility to continue to highlight the positive impact and support that our community has in upholding children and families in need for over 10 years.
