As Broward and Miami-Dade County are the top two in the country for new HIV diagnosis, and MSM POC are high-risk, we have prioritized this population to address HIV stigma by education, activities that promote associate and combat isolation, empowers and motivates by association by creating a social sober (sometime) network.

Pool Party Mixer BTS:

Our Pool Party Mixer offered an opportunity for new members to assimilate and share candidly their experiences connecting within the community. Each member shared challenges faced as queer men, current mental health check-ins and coping with a HIV diagnosis, and challenges discussing one's status with a new partners. OMC discussed mental health, addiction and suicidality faced within the community and ways to support each other.
